Fyld is hiring an experienced Functional Analyst to translate business requirements into functional solutions. The role involves gathering, documenting, and validating requirements; producing functional specifications, user stories, and process documentation; modelling business processes with BPMN, UML, or similar methods; supporting Agile development; using Jira or Confluence; applying SQL for data validation; and supporting functional, integration, and user acceptance testing. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, strong analytical and communication skills, stakeholder collaboration, and English fluency.
