Description
The Medior Functional Analyst will translate customer needs for websites and web applications into functional specifications, user flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, edge cases, and test scenarios. The role bridges customers and development teams, coordinates with other functional analysts, supports Agile/Scrum delivery, and monitors functional quality. The position is based primarily at iO’s campuses in Antwerp or Ghent, with occasional collaboration in Brussels, Antwerp, and Ghent.
