Description
Capco is hiring a Functional Analyst – Digital Assets to support financial services transformation initiatives involving tokenization, blockchain, distributed ledger technology, digital wallets, smart contracts, and custody processes. The consultant will translate business needs into functional specifications and requirements, design and assess solutions, collaborate with stakeholders and development teams in Agile environments, and support testing, releases, and post-go-live improvements. The role requires at least five years of Functional Analyst experience, including work in banking, payments, capital markets, insurance, and digital asset initiatives, along with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field. It is a hybrid role requiring office presence at least two days per week and includes health insurance and other benefits.
