Description
Capco is hiring a Functional Analyst – Digital Assets to support financial services transformation initiatives involving digital assets, blockchain, tokenization, distributed ledger technology, smart contracts, stablecoins, digital wallets, and custody processes. The consultant will translate business needs into functional specifications and requirements, design and assess solutions, collaborate with stakeholders and development teams in Agile environments, support testing and production releases, and ensure compliance with security, architectural, regulatory, and operational standards. The role requires at least five years of Functional Analyst experience, experience in banking, payments, capital markets, or insurance, and proven experience with digital asset, blockchain, tokenization, or DLT initiatives. It is a hybrid role requiring office presence at least two days per week and offers health insurance and other benefits.
