Description
The Operations Analyst will analyze business requirements and processing operations, develop performance measures and benchmarks, identify process-improvement opportunities, prepare cost-benefit analyses and reports, update policies and procedures, and lead and mentor lower-level analysts. The role is remote within a specified DMV, West Virginia, Delaware, southern Pennsylvania, and New Jersey commuting area and requires a bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, four years of progressive functional analyst experience, or six years in a level-2 or higher operational role.
