Description
The Oracle HCM Learning Functional Analyst will support, configure, and optimize Oracle Fusion Cloud Learning as part of a post-go-live support and enhancement team. Responsibilities include functional support, learning catalog and course configuration, enrollment and completion tracking, learner and manager self-service, security and roles, release readiness and regression testing, integrations, OTBI and BI Publisher reporting, documentation, and stakeholder collaboration. The role requires at least five years of relevant Oracle Fusion HCM experience, hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud Learning experience, knowledge of related HCM technologies, and bilingual French and English proficiency.
