Randstad Digital is hiring a Functional Application Manager to act as an IT consultant for clients in the public and private sectors. The role translates business needs into IT designs, directs change management and user acceptance testing, optimizes workflows, manages stakeholders, and uses enterprise applications, cloud platforms, GenAI tools, SQL, Excel, and BI software. Candidates need at least three years of functional application management experience, relevant industry experience, enterprise-package expertise, Agile and DevOps familiarity, and Dutch and English proficiency. The position offers a one-year contract with a prospect of permanent employment, hybrid working, and a gross salary of €4,200–€5,800 per month.
