Devoteam is hiring a Functional Administrator to work as a consultant for public-sector clients, mapping and maintaining business needs for ICT service provision, ensuring applications and documentation are available, and handling incidents, problems, and changes. The role requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree, at least five years of Functional Administrator experience in municipalities or government organizations, familiarity with PDC and ICT service catalogs, and experience with social-domain applications such as Centric, PinkRoccade, XXLLNC, or AFAS. Preferred qualifications include SQL/PLSQL, Cognos, and Power BI experience.
