Randstad Digital is hiring a Functional Application Manager to deliver project-based IT consulting for clients in the public sector and innovative organizations. The role manages stakeholder and business needs, translates requirements into functional specifications, optimizes information services, directs change and release management, and ensures solution quality through testing. It requires at least three years of functional application management experience, experience in government and a critical industry, familiarity with enterprise packages, cloud environments, GenAI tools, and ITIL/BiSL principles. The position offers a one-year contract with a prospect of permanent employment, hybrid work, and a gross salary of €4,200–€5,800 per month.
