LTS is hiring a remote Functional Business Analyst to support a major AI modernization initiative for the Department of Veterans Affairs’ health portfolio. The role focuses on reverse-engineering business, functional, and technical requirements from existing VistA/MUMPS Prosthetics module functionality, analyzing workflows and business rules, translating needs into user stories and requirements documentation, and collaborating with government stakeholders, architects, developers, and project managers. Responsibilities include gap assessments, Agile delivery support, system testing, interoperability analysis, change management, and compliance with federal standards. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, at least five years of business analysis experience in enterprise IT or healthcare modernization, and the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
