Description
The Functional Consultant supports UMAX, a cloud-based Microsoft Dynamics 365 solution for water and energy utilities, by owning functional incidents and changes, analyzing root causes, designing solutions, coordinating technical consultants, testing and validating releases, managing escalations, maintaining workarounds and knowledge-base articles, and evaluating customer change requests. The role requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree or equivalent experience, several years of functional support experience, business-application and ERP experience, client-facing and analytical skills, and fluent English; Microsoft Dynamics AX or D365 experience is a strong asset. The position is permanent and hybrid.
