Itineris is hiring a Functional Consultant in Hyderabad, India, for a permanent hybrid role supporting the implementation and ongoing use of its UMAX utility software built on Microsoft Dynamics 365. The role translates utility business needs into functional specifications, manages tickets and service requests, analyzes and tests solutions, supports customer workshops and go-live activities, collaborates with delivery and product teams, and documents solutions. Candidates need 2–5 years of experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and the mandatory Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate (MB-310) certification; utility process knowledge, functional documentation, configuration migration, data validation, and analytical skills are also required.
