Itineris is hiring a permanent Functional Consultant (Service Delivery) in Hyderabad, India, to provide third-line functional and technical support for the UMAX water and energy utility software. The role owns complex incidents, changes, root-cause analysis, functional design, testing, escalations, release regression testing, workarounds, and knowledge-base updates, while collaborating with European and UK colleagues and customers. Candidates need a bachelor’s or master’s degree, 2–5 years of functional support experience, ERP and Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and fluent English.
