Orange Business is hiring a Functional Data Analyst Consultant in Brussels to support data and functional analysis consulting projects. The role translates business requirements into functional data specifications, defines and validates data models, improves dashboards and KPIs, ensures data consistency, documents and tests solutions, manages stakeholder expectations, and advises clients on data structures and best practices. The position does not involve building data pipelines, designing technical architectures, or complex SQL, ETL, or coding-heavy work. Candidates need at least 4–5 years of hands-on experience in data and functional analysis for large-scale IT implementation projects, including data modeling, data change management, reporting, documentation, and tool implementation, along with strong communication skills in French, Dutch, and English. The role offers hybrid work in Brussels and ongoing application screening.
