The role owns the end-to-end delivery of features within an assigned domain, coordinating requirements, architecture, development, testing, interfaces, and project status. It requires a university degree, at least five years of software development and automotive embedded software experience, matrix-organization experience, and familiarity with ALM and Atlassian tools. The position is permanent, hybrid with three days per week in the Bucharest office, and offers an annual gross base salary of 246,000–360,800.
