Description

Functional Process Lead role responsible for finance execution across ATR, OTC, and STP, ensuring process standards, compliance, performance management, and continuous improvement across terminals/entities in the region. The role drives standardization, Gemba/process confirmations, Kaizens, data governance, and change management while partnering with FPOs, BPEs, execution teams, and stakeholders to improve efficiency, address deviations, and support training and onboarding. Strong finance domain expertise, people leadership, stakeholder management, and Chartered Accountant/IFRS knowledge are required.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Qualified Chartered Accountant
Required Previous Experiences: 12-14 years of experience in the respective process domain
At least 5 years of experience as Chief Accountant, FNA Manager, or Controller in the respective functional area
Preferred Qualifications: Experience leading leaders
Expert domain knowledge of the respective processes
Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills
Effective change management and calm resistance handling
Strong English communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
