Lam Research is hiring a Functional Quality Manager to lead quality performance and initiatives for its Order Fulfillment Management group. The role focuses on configuration engineering, BOM accuracy, root cause analysis, 8D coaching, corrective and preventive actions, standardization, and global cross-functional quality improvement. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, five years of similar experience, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and experience leading quality projects; SAP and advanced manufacturing methodology experience are preferred. The role may follow an On-site Flex or Virtual Flex hybrid model.
