The role covers software safety requirements, architectural and unit design reviews, test planning and verification, ISO 26262 compliance, software safety analyses, and hardware-software interface safety measures. Candidates need a relevant engineering degree or professional experience, functional safety assessment experience, ISO 26262 knowledge, and vehicle verification experience. The position is based in Mountain View, California, with a base salary of $130,000–$190,000 USD and visa sponsorship may be available for eligible candidates.
