Description
The Safety and AI Innovation Manager owns AI safety across NXP projects, translates the Safety & AI roadmap into innovation projects, defines safety concepts and requirements for AI-driven features, coordinates with NPI and applications, applies model validation and runtime safety mechanisms, and manages the Safety & AI innovation team. The role requires extensive experience architecting, designing, and validating safety embedded systems in automotive environments, knowledge of ISO 26262 and AI/ML in embedded systems, and a PhD or Master of Science in a relevant engineering field with at least 10 years of industry experience.
