The role involves analyzing requirements, designing and executing functional, integration, regression, system, user acceptance, and end-to-end tests, documenting defects, collaborating with developers and business analysts, and reporting testing progress. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, 3–5 years of functional testing or QA experience, knowledge of the software testing life cycle and defect management, experience with test management tools and web and mobile applications, and strong analytical and communication skills.
