Description
The role manages core technology, directs a functional engineering team, and provides technical project oversight for company and customer projects. Responsibilities include staffing and resourcing, quality management and CAPA resolution, talent acquisition and development, succession planning, cost and headcount optimization, CapEx planning, and managing project scope, schedule, budget, risks, deliverables, and changes. A bachelor’s degree is required, while five or more years of related experience is preferred.
