Capco is hiring a Test Analyst in Chennai to perform manual functional, integration, performance, regression, and end-to-end testing for complex financial services applications. The role covers test planning, test-case creation and execution, defect analysis, test-data management, performance testing, ALM and JIRA reporting, and participation in Agile/Scrum activities. Candidates need 5–12 years of relevant experience as a Test Analyst in a financial institution, strong knowledge of back-office processes, financial products, trade life cycles, securities, derivatives, and wealth management, and proficiency with HP-ALM/Octane and JIRA.
