Description
RecruitNow is hiring a Senior Functional Tester in Amersfoort to improve software quality through functional, regression, and acceptance testing, while also improving test processes and supporting test automation and AI-assisted testing. The role is approximately 50% hands-on testing, 30% process improvement, and 20% team collaboration. Candidates need at least five years of functional testing experience, experience setting up and improving test processes, experience in a software, SaaS, or product organization, Agile/Scrum knowledge, and strong communication skills. The position offers a hybrid schedule with three office days and two home days, a seven-month contract with one month of probation, and a gross monthly salary of €3,500–€5,000.
