Description
The Functional Testing Analyst will test the Kraken Customer platform and its internal and external service integrations, including billing, payments, collections, meter data management, customer relationship management, and customer interaction services. The role covers requirements analysis, test planning, manual and automated testing, defect tracking and validation, test documentation, and collaboration with the Application Delivery team. The position is based in Syracuse, New York, with hybrid onsite work once per month for meetings, and pays $60–$66 per hour depending on experience.
