Description
SkyPoint is hiring a full-time Functions & Events Supervisor to oversee the operational preparation and hands-on delivery of premium events, including gala dinners, weddings, and cocktail parties. The role leads floor teams, translates event requirements into operational plans, coordinates staffing and venue setup, liaises with clients, manages food, beverage, service timing and presentation, and maintains safety, HACCP, cleanliness and service standards. The position does not involve selling or coordinating events and includes a rotating weekend roster, with support from the Food and Beverage Operations Manager and an established management structure.
