Description
The Senior Fund Accountant / Assistant Manager Fund Accountant supports the administration and service delivery of Real Estate fund and SPV structures, including management accounts, reporting, year-end financial statements, audits, tax compliance, payment services, NAV calculations, and client account management. The role also coordinates with auditors, tax advisors, and property managers, assists with client onboarding, and provides guidance to junior staff. It is based in Sydney, Australia, with a Monday–Friday 09:00–18:00 hybrid schedule and requires 2–7 years of relevant fund administration or accounting experience, an accounting qualification or progress toward one, and knowledge of IFRS and Australian Accounting Standards.
