KKR is hiring a Fund Accounting Controller to oversee fund accounting and controllership activities for KKR Private Market funds. The role manages fund accounting deliverables, investor capital balances, financial statements, reporting, compliance, investor queries, fund administrator oversight, and related financial systems and process improvements. It is a full-time position based in KKR’s Gurugram office with a four-days-in-office and one-day-flexible-work arrangement. The position requires 10–12 years of relevant financial experience, including at least three years in a management role, along with fund accounting, US GAAP and IFRS, SEC reporting, and team leadership capabilities.
