HedgeServ is hiring a Fund Accounting – Data Analyst to observe, document, and improve fund accounting and operational processes through technology. The role develops ETL processes, automates legacy Excel workflows with Python, builds financial reconciliations, troubleshoots scripts, tests solutions, and coordinates improvements across business units. Candidates need a degree in business, accounting, finance, or a related data analyst field, at least three years of fund accounting, data analysis, or related finance experience, and experience with Python, SQL, Excel, and tools such as Pandas or NumPy.
