Toyota Ventures is hiring an experienced Fund Accounting Manager to report to the controller and manage fund accounting operations for venture capital funds. The role covers capital calls and distributions, month-end close, portfolio and investment accounting, fund accounting systems, waterfall modeling, tax documentation, reporting, and investor relations. It requires at least seven years of professional accounting experience, including direct fund accounting experience, along with strong Excel and financial modeling skills. The position is based in the San Francisco Bay Area with remote work possible and offers a base salary of $150,000 to $170,000 per year for California-based roles, plus medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and bonus benefits.
