Description
Infra One is hiring a Fund Administration Manager to run the end-to-end fund operations for small portfolios of venture funds, including LP onboarding, KYC, closings, capital calls, deal execution, due diligence, reporting, and client communication. The role is fully remote from Eastern Europe, South America, or the Philippines, with substantial overlap with Central European business hours, and requires strong ownership, precision, legal-document fluency, and AI fluency. A law degree or equivalent legal training is optional, while German and EU or US fund-structure experience are plus factors.
