Description
Allocate is hiring a Fund Operations Analyst to run daily fund operations across 150+ private-market funds, including capital call notices, wires and transfers, payment matching, expense reconciliation, credit facility drawdowns, fund financial reviews, and account-opening support. The role also documents workflows and builds automation with Product and Engineering to reduce manual work and scale operations. It is a full-time, fully hybrid position for I-9 eligible candidates, with a base salary of $85,000–$100,000 and bonus and equity eligibility.
