Fund Operations Associate at allocate

Allocate is hiring a Fund Operations Associate to support the end-to-end operational lifecycle of 150+ funds, including capital calls, distributions, wires, bank reconciliations, lines of credit, fund fees, investor data, and coordination with fund administrators, custodians, banks, and other counterparties. The role requires 3–5 years of experience in fund operations, administration, or related alternative asset management work, strong reconciliation and client-service skills, and the ability to resolve operational issues independently. It is a full-time, in-office position in New York with a base salary of $110,000–$125,000 plus bonus, stock options, and medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
