The role is Fund Reporting Vice President within BlackRock’s private financing solutions business unit (PFS), responsible for coordinating and executing financial, regulatory, investor, and management reporting for Private Credit and Private Equity strategies. The position oversees annual financial statement audits, reporting processes and controls, third-party service provider coordination, and cross-functional partnership with fund accounting, finance, operations, legal, compliance, and tax teams. The job is based in New York, NY with a hybrid work model, offers a salary range of USD 137,500 to 194,000, and includes bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
Required Previous Experiences: 5-10 years of relevant experience in financial reporting or accounting
Experience assessing business risk and evaluating the design and effectiveness of internal controls
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in external or internal audit
Knowledge of US GAAP or IFRS and investment company reporting requirements
CPA, CIA, or CISA certification preferred
Strong project management and communication skills
Ability to communicate complex issues to management and recommend solutions
Critical thinking and professional judgment
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
