Description
RSM is hiring a Manager for its Fund Services + practice to lead private equity-focused fund administration engagements. The role oversees fund accounting and operational reporting, capital calls, distributions, cash management, audits, waterfall and carried-interest calculations, client onboarding, quality control, team development, and coordination with offshore affiliates, clients, auditors, and Legal and Compliance. It requires 7+ years of fund accounting experience at a Big 4 or national accounting firm in private equity and/or real estate, an accounting-related undergraduate degree, strong knowledge of limited partnership agreements, Microsoft Office, and fund accounting software; Yardi is preferred and MRI is a bonus.
