Google is hiring a Funding Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day funding operations, including budget governance, finance policy implementation, approval and payment processes, stakeholder consulting, vendor and Donor-Advised Fund collaboration, process improvements, change management, and implementation risk analysis. The role requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience and five years of program or project management experience; funding-operations, project-management, cross-functional collaboration, workflow optimization, and AI/automation experience are preferred. Compensation is $136,000–$196,000 USD plus a 15% bonus target, equity, and benefits, with possible locations in Mountain View, New York, Los Angeles, Seattle, or San Francisco.
