Description
Vituity is hiring a remote, nationwide Fundraising and External Relations Director to lead major-gift fundraising, donor cultivation and stewardship, fundraising technology, digital campaigns, donor reporting, and external representation for the Vituity Cares Foundation. The role requires advanced major-gift solicitation and closing, full-cycle fundraising management, CRM and donor-platform literacy, strong negotiation and storytelling skills, and the ability to translate clinical and program impact into donor narratives. A master’s degree and 10 years of nonprofit or healthcare management experience in a leadership role are preferred. The position offers a base salary of $102,290–$130,420 plus potential bonuses and benefits.
