Hivos is hiring a Fundraising Data Analyst for a fixed one-year contract in The Hague, The Netherlands, with a possible extension. The role supports face-to-face, telemarketing, and digital fundraising channels; manages budgets and income; analyzes donor acquisition, retention, attrition, and lifetime-value metrics; creates reports and dashboards; administers the Engage CRM; coordinates with external partners; and provides design support. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, 3–5 years of experience in marketing, fundraising, or data analytics, strong analytical and project-management skills, and fluency in Dutch. The salary is €3,533.04–€4,788.05 gross per month based on 36 hours per week.
