Description
UJA-Federation of New York is hiring a Data Analyst to partner with its fundraising team by building Power BI dashboards and reports, analyzing fundraising and financial data, identifying trends and issues, improving data collection and reporting workflows, and communicating insights to fundraising staff and leadership. The role requires at least five years of experience in data analysis, data visualization, or business intelligence, proficiency in Power BI and SQL, knowledge of fundraising KPIs, and a bachelor's degree in a relevant field. The position reports to the Manager, Data and Insights and offers a salary range of $80,000 to $90,000.
