World Central Kitchen is hiring a Fundraising Operations Manager to oversee gift processing, donor acknowledgments, financial reconciliation, donor support, and fundraising operations. The role supervises and mentors a team, manages Salesforce and Sage Intacct workflows, vendor relationships, quality assurance, standard operating procedures, and process improvements, while collaborating with Development, Finance, and Donor Relations. Candidates need at least five years of progressive fundraising experience, including three years in a supervisory role, along with Salesforce NPSP, customer service, data processing, and communication skills. The position offers medical, dental, vision, and other benefits, with a salary range of $85,000 to $105,000 USD.
