Description
The Funeral Home Ambassador supports funeral and memorialization services by greeting and directing families and guests, assisting with visitation and memorial events, preparing chapels and public spaces, arranging flowers and vehicles, and transporting attendees. The role requires a valid driver’s license, fluent English, professional customer service, and the ability to work independently; no prior experience is required. It is performed primarily indoors with occasional outdoor duties, may require up to 10 percent out-of-area and overnight travel, and sometimes requires overtime.
