The Funeral Home Ambassador supports funeral and memorialization services by greeting and directing families and guests, assisting with visitation and memorialization needs, preparing chapels and public spaces, arranging flowers and vehicles, and transporting attendees. The role requires a valid driver’s license, fluent English, professional customer service, teamwork, communication, and the ability to work independently; no prior experience is required. The position may involve local and occasional overnight travel, outdoor work, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
