The Funeral Home Ambassador supports funeral and memorialization services by greeting and directing families and guests, assisting with visitation and memorialization needs, preparing chapels and public spaces, arranging flowers and refreshments, coordinating vehicle and procession logistics, and representing the business professionally. The role requires customer service, communication, teamwork, empathy, and the ability to work independently; it has no supervisory responsibilities and may require occasional local or overnight travel.
