Description
The Funeral Home Ambassador greets and directs client families and guests, assists with visitation and memorialization events, manages flowers, refreshments, public spaces, parking, and vehicle arrangements, and supports transportation to service locations. The role requires a valid driver’s license, fluent English, professional customer service, communication, teamwork, empathy, and the ability to work independently; no prior experience is required. The position may involve indoor and outdoor work, occasional overtime, and up to 10 percent out-of-area or overnight travel.
