Description
The Funeral Home Ambassador greets and directs client families and guests, assists with visitation and memorialization events, manages flowers, refreshments, public spaces, parking, and transportation, and represents the funeral home professionally in the community. The role requires a valid driver’s license, fluent English, and the ability to work independently, with no prior experience required. It is performed primarily indoors with occasional outdoor duties, may require up to 10 percent out-of-area and overnight travel, and sometimes requires overtime.
