Description
The Funeral Home Client Services Representative interacts directly with grieving families, provides information and assistance, supports casketed-deceased movement, maintains public areas, assists with limousine transport, and coordinates visitors, pallbearers, and parking during funeral services and visitations. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of client-relations or related experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to communicate effectively with families and other customers. It is performed primarily indoors with occasional outdoor travel, requires lifting up to 25 pounds, and may involve overtime and up to 10 percent out-of-area or overnight travel.
