Description
The Funeral Home Client Services Representative interacts directly with grieving families, provides information and assistance, supports casket and related-item transport, maintains public areas, assists with limousine access, and coordinates visitors, pallbearers, and parking during funeral services and visitations. The role requires at least one year of client-relations or related experience, a valid driver’s license, strong communication and customer-service skills, and the ability to handle emotionally charged situations; it is performed primarily indoors with occasional outdoor travel and requires lifting up to 25 pounds.
