Description
This role involves facilitating funeral arrangement discussions with next-of-kin, overseeing visitation, funeral, and graveside services according to family wishes and legal guidelines. The Funeral Director will ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, manage merchandise and service contracts, and handle various event planning tasks like resource allocation and memorial product creation. Responsibilities also include directing services, visually inspecting the deceased and arrangements, and providing support to families throughout the process.
