Manage daily operations of a single Funeral Home location and single line of business, with responsibility for financial management, operations, funeral arrangements and directing, and leadership/people development. The role focuses on achieving sales, production, and P&L goals, maintaining service quality and compliance, supervising and developing staff, and supporting community outreach. Requires a funeral director license, industry experience, leadership, budgeting experience preferred, and proficiency with MS Office and funeral service systems.
