Description
SCHOTT is hiring a Furnace Construction & Maintenance Technician to perform masonry work on furnaces and troughs, repair and maintenance during ongoing operations, assess assemblies, manufacture and pre-assemble components, operate specialized tools, organize materials and transport, and maintain equipment. The role requires training as a tiler, industrial mechanic, or comparable qualification, several years of experience in plant engineering, industrial construction, or steel construction, technical-drawing knowledge, SAP and Microsoft Office proficiency, English, safety awareness, physical resilience, and willingness to travel internationally.
