Description
The Production Operator will load and unload setups, operate and maintain manufacturing equipment, perform routine maintenance and repairs, operate cranes, forklifts, and power tools when required, monitor equipment output, maintain logs, and perform housekeeping. The role requires basic mechanical knowledge, familiarity with heat-treating, 5S, safety, and quality procedures, computer ability, and the capacity to perform physically demanding work including lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing ladders, and working in elevated temperatures.
